I've recently got a Blackberry device, and it's got a very nice smart feature:
Right-click any email, and the context menu ask if you wish to send an email to this receipient (it automatically fills in the "To:" field).
Ditto for phone numbers--it asks if you wish to make a telephone call (auto dials out), or send a text message via SMS to receipient (again, auto fills in receipient's tel#).
Very convenient--if only X1 can do the same for emails.
Oh, Blackberry syncs with MS Outlook, so you also have a copy of everything on your computer, which XEC conveniently indexes for!
