Unknown, blank, zero byte, inaccessible files

At the top of my file listing I have a bunch of files that look like this:

[name = blank] [type= unknown] [date= some date] [size=0 bytes] ...

and in the preview pane it says the file is inaccessible and cannot be shown.

So my question is this: If a file has no content, no file name, and cannot be accessed, should it really be on the list?

My vote is for no. Could X1 exclude such files / etc? Especially since it's the first 10 or 20 files in the file search tab.
