New X1 Mobile

I was very happy to learn that after so many years (and requests) that X1 mobile is back.....but.....alas, that hope was dashed when it seems it's only available to a certain group of customers and not all of us.

Why not?

One of the best features of X1 was the mobile app.

Luckily for me, I still have the old one on my phone and still use the old version of X1 to keep everything working for mobile use.

I just don't understand this (and other) decisions by X1.

Is there an answer to this? I'm still on v6 because of this issue but it's increasingly unstable.

I'm extremely unhappy about this. I was waiting for an Android app and now I find out this is available only to enterprise customers.

I agree. I had to move onto v8 with win 10 to get a workable index but lost so much practical value. I now have to use Gotomypc on the iPhone to access X1 remotely.
