Cannot register this version

Cannot register this version

Everytime I try to register it crashes. My trial is up, I just purchased the license today. It gives me an access denied error message. Any ideas?

Now you are a registered user (welcome!) you should log into the support portal and raise a case there. You will then get allocated a case number and get official, proper support from X1.

They have a tool linked on the case page, you should follow its instructions and submit it's data along with your request.

Hopefully you'll get sorted out quickly.
