I've been trying to get 8.1 to work without success since it was released and am now trying to retrace my steps back to 6.7.X which had worked fine. I have the 32 bit versions of Outlook 2010 Outlook (Office) 365 installed on a 64 bit Win 7 Lenovo laptop. After removing 8.1 I downloaded and installed 6.7.4 Unfortunately although files are being indexed fine, there are no exchange accounts (I have 2)showing up in Options>Outlook> folder selection. The area where the accounts should be listed is blank. Ditto for Contacts. Any ideas? Do I need to remove Outlook 2010 or just dump Office 365? I know Outlook cannot be removed separately from the rest of the Office 365 program.

I'm having the same problem. Were you able to troubleshoot the issue?

Maybe there are other things that need setting in Office 365.
