We are trying to diagnose an AV alert that is regularly popping up and we think that it may be caused by X1 trying to index a rogue email or attachment. It is being stopped by the AV protection but we cannot identify which process is triggering the alert. Is there any logging that can be switched on in X1 that would show when a cataloguing process fails? This would help us greatly. Thanks.
