Anyone tried to login to support through a social network?

I wanted to check the age of a version of X1 and went to login to the support area. When I arrived I noticed that there is an invitation to sign in with a social network. I picked Facebook, just for the hell of it.

I got this message:

Unable to find Yeager customer with that social identifier.


It may be that there is some sort of mismatch between the Facebook details and those stored in X1, but the response needs to be a bit more intelligent than an enigmatic white screen with this text.


PS Same response with Google and Twitter
