Since the release of the 8.5 I have not been able to use X1 on Windows 7, with Outlook 365. The immediate crashes, inability to perform the initial Outlook scan has been there with 8.5, 8.5.1 and 8.5.2. None of these versions has fixed the issue.
I have submitted again a new ticket, please investigate that as I have paid for the license and I trilu love the X1, but I have not been able use it since January and forced to use alternative scanners...
Something is truly wrong with the X1...
