Indexing XLSM Content

Using v8.5.2 which is indexing content and previewing my Excel .xls and .xlsx spreadsheets fine. However, I have a fair number of .xlsm macro-enabled spreadsheets. X1 previews these correctly but will not index their content. I tried adding .XLSM to the list of additional file extensions for content indexing, rebuilt my file index from scratch, but still no joy. This is a real blocker for me. How can I get X1 to index XLSM content?

Thanks!

FYI, learned from support that leaving the leading period off whitelisted extensions is mandatory. I vaguely remember using leading periods to whitelist extensions in the old X1 Professional so that is what tripped me up.

Note that those two issues will be fixed in the upcoming 8.6 version - DOCM, XLSM, XLSB, VSDX extensions are added by default to the whitelist, and also the user defined extensions will be accepted both with a period and without.
