Hi,

I recognized that the PSA functions are not working (open mails,..). Nothing happens.
I have windows 7 64bit with oulook 32 bit, the installed version of x1 is 64bit.
My question, do I need the 32bit version to get PSA to work? I read points like Outlook interop is not registered in the log.

I have 64-bit X1 addressing 32-bit Office.

But "PSA functions" means nothing to me.

Hi,

sorry, I found the shortcut PSA in this forum, Post Search Actions ..... Open, Replay,.... mails.

I receive following error in the log:
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook._Application / {00063001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} interface not registered, error code 0x80040155.

So I asumed maybe its becuase of Windows 7 64Bit, X1 64Bit and Outlook 32Bit?

Hi,

ah, missed this, many thanks.

That means also, if I may interpret your answer, that X1 64Bit should also work with Outlook 32Bit, correct?

I just upgraded from v8.1.1 32-bit to 8.6 6003ch 64-bit.

I am Windows 7 64-bit, with Office 2010 32-bit.

I had the same problems as others (Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook._Application / {00063001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} interface not registered, error code 0x80040155) and inoperable PSA buttons.

The registry fixes and Office repair suggestions did not work, but, uninstalling the 64-bit and resinstalling the 32-bit version of X1 made it all work again.

Your mileage may vary.
