X1 Hanging

So here's the issue. I can launch X1 and if I use it right away it works fine. When I leave it alone for a while it gets "stuck". I hit clear all and have no results listed. I have to kill all X1 processes (taskkill /f /im x1*) relaunch X1 and then I can search again. It seems like if I keep actively using it it keeps working. It's once I leave it alone I have issues. I've killed the index and rebuilt, uninstalled and reinstalled X1, and killed my OST and had it rebuilt. Newest x1 Beta, Windows 10, Outlook 2016.

Open to all ideas as this is immensely frustrating.

i have the exact same problem and issue! Have been unable to resolve

Anyone from X1 have any suggestions?

@dacosolutions, what OS/Outlook/X1 are you running?

I suggest you stop using the beta and go back to the last official release version. The current beta is not stable.
