Premium Support - Paid, but portal says not paid

On April 24, 2017, I received an email from X1 Customer Support saying:
I do show that your X1 Software Assurance was purchased on 08/08/2016, and is set to expire a year from that date.

When I attempt to logon to the portal I get the message that I need to purchase the Premium Support.

A little help here, please
