I have a support agreement but may not use it

This is strange and happens every year.

I have a paid support agreement. Every year I get told, long before the agreement ends, that my agreement has run out. Then I mail to x1 support the agreement number I have, and also had the payment company mail the proof of purchase. Even then months after, I am still registered as out of support. What is the way to get this sorted? Mail does not work, tickets cannot be placed, ...

There must be a channel for a paying customer to get the agreement recognized?
