Upgrading out of beta

I get a message when i open V8 now that says the beta has now ended and to upgrade but doesn't offer the link/steps to upgrade. How do I upgrade?

Thanks very much. I'd recommend including the link to the download in the message since the website isn't helpful for those that don't have premium support.

If you mean that you are using X1 version 8 but haven't paid for it, go to the X1 Product Suite and buy what you want.

If you mean that you have paid for X1 version 8, use the Log In link here Product Support for Desktop Search. You don't need premium support to get the latest version that you have bought.

If neither of the above applies to you, you'll have to explain where you stand.
