cannot open emails

cannot open emails

In the search results, I see a number of Outlook emails which are bold and thus unread, but I cannot open them or go to the folder. Also I cannot find them by date in my inbox. I have X1 v8.5.2.7153 and Outlook 2016.

Hi Ne0031,

If you're talking about your PSAs not being functional in general, we've written this article that could help guide you to a solution: https://help.x1.com/hc/en-us/articles/1 ... functional

If your PSA buttons work with some items, but not others - there is a bug in Microsoft's code that prevents X1 from sometimes working with uncached exchange items (meaning: emails and attachments that fall outside the date range of items downloaded to your local OST by Outlook). We've improved upon this behavior in 8.6, but haven't been able to complete squash the issue.
