Indexing Fault with 8.6 6003

Since installing this version, my indexes are never up to date when I open the app. What I see every time (using the information dialog in the bottom right corner) is that the Outlook Calendar is active doing something but the status of all the other items are out of date (1 - 2 days is not uncommon).

The workaround I found was to 'Pause' all indexing then immediately 'Resume All'. That kicks it off again.
