Mark as Read

I have just stated using X1 Search recently & have noticed that if an email is selected in the search list it will automatically mark the email as read after about 5 seconds. This can be a problem as I view multiple users accounts & sometimes when X1 starts an email in another users inbox is at the top of the list & will be marked as read almost straight away.
Is there a way to disable automatically marking as read or change the delay before this happens?

Go to the settings at the borrom right, Manage Data Sources.

Edit Outlook Email:



Then uncheck the middle box.

Hi,

I'm using X1 Search 8.4.1 (on an enterprise network and cannot upgrade) and I am having the same issue. X1 is automatically flagging my e-mails as read and I don't want this to happen. I use X1 for searches, but I primarily use Outlook to send/receive/view most of my daily e-mail, and X1 automatically flagging e-mails as already read is causing me to occasionally miss an e-mail. Is there a way to turn this off? The option is turned off in my Outlook settings already, but the setting isn't crossing over and I don't see how to change this in X1.

Scratch that request...I've looked for this for months and in less than a minute after I find the forum, register and post my question, I found the option and turned it off.
