X1 Search: Index is up-to-date appears frozen on upper left

This "frozen dialog" appears at the top left of my main monitor and the only way to get rid of it is to quit X1 and restart.
"X1 Search: Index is up-to-date"

X1 Search 8.2.1 build 5001hb (64-bit) with Files, Outlook, IMAP, SharePoint, and X1 Server plugin versions 8.2.1.5184 installed.
Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit.
