X1 stopped working - Windows 7

X1 Client started to give erratic searches and then I started getting the error message "Connection with the X1 Service has been lost. A restart may fix the problem. Would you like to restart?" Only a restart does not fix the problem. I uninstalled and re-installed and the same message appears. I have a fine Internet connection as I am typing this on that same computer.

Can you submit a support case so we can work with you to get logs?

Also, have you tried a full uninstall/reinstall, without saving your settings? If not, you may want to give that a try.
