X1 becomes unresposive a few mins after starting

Ever since I purchased the X1 Search Client with Premium Support, it becomes unresponsive after a few minutes of starting.
Thereafter, it will not start again till I do a Windows restart, and then it becomes unresponsive again.

The Windows error details are appended below.

Would appreciate any information to resolve this problem.

As you have premium support, I'd file an official support request.

I filed an official support request and got an response to do an uninstall / reinstall as also to send the diagnostic output.
All of this was done and have thereafter followed up practically every day, but have not heard back yet (:

X1 just does not work for me, and hangs right after starting, ever since I purchased the product and premium service well over a month back.
I have raised several support requests, but so far there has not been any resolution, and each time my case states 'Awaiting Customer Response', which is not the reality.

For the last support case the product manager remotely accessed my laptop, checked everything was ok, and even as he was in my system, it hung repeatedly.
Per Jerrys and Scotts request, I have sent all the log and diagnostic files last week, but have not got a response inspite of sending several emails for follow up help.
As I have not heard back, I checked the product support site, and my case again shows as 'Awaiting Customer Response'.

Any advice and help in getting this resolved will be a big help.

I have the same problem. The trial was OK. I think the problem started after purchasing. I disabled all Outlook indexing, but that did not help. Generally I manage to do one search, then any interaction with X1 causes it to go off into space and crash after a few minutes. The previous post was some months ago. Has the problem been solved?
