Hi,
Please fix your license management and your support.
Since almost 2 weeks I am struggling to get my X1 client working.
First it would not activate throwing errors.
Then after contacting Support, it would work for a day but shortly after having swapped my SSD for a larger one, X1 just deactivated itself again.
Imagine every software vendor would employ similar mechanisms like X1:
You upgrade your HDD and EVERYTHING stops.
And on top: You would be out of luck getting a response from Customer Service.
Sending mails to Customer Service since Sunday again and as of end of workday day Wednesday - no reply.

PS: X1 was named after the first airplane faster than speed of sound.
Is there any name for its license management?
I'd vote for p50.

In all fairness let me add, that support was kind and helpful. The delay was due to some US public holiday.
But I still think that software activation should not stop paying customers using their licensed software or waste more work time than the software costs in the first place.
