Having issues installing?

Hi all, For everyone experiencing an issue either upgrading the product; or trouble launching after upgrading, we believe we isolated the issue and implemented a fix. If you experienced either of the above issues, please try to upgrade within the product. If upgrading within the product does not work, please try running the installer again:
