I was very happy to learn that after so many years (and requests) that X1 mobile is back.....but.....alas, that hope was dashed when it seems it's only available to a certain group of customers and not all of us.
Why not?
One of the best features of X1 was the mobile app.
Luckily for me, I still have the old one on my phone and still use the old version of X1 to keep everything working for mobile use.
I just don't understand this (and other) decisions by X1.
