I wanted to let you all know that we are reading the forums and are generating bug reports from your comments.
I apologize for the lack of response to forum posts.
We believe that many of the problems listed in this and other threads is due to a corrupt or incomplete setup file.
For most people with similar problems, reinstalling X1 using a setup file from
http://www.x1.com/cs/x1-setup.exe seems to fix the problems.
(We recommend uninstalling X1 before running this setup file.)
This isn't to say that this will fix every bug, but we do believe this will eliminate many of them.
