[quote="pgk"]Can any of the active forum members tell me whether RTI now indexes subfolders in Outlook? This was taken out in an earlier version, and hence I'm still running 5.5.2 build 2868cz-bf. -pgk[/quote]
Just gave XEC a spin (X1 Enterprise Client Version 5.5.3
(Build 3162) (Created: Fri Jun 23 10:10:07 PDT 2006).
[EDIT: WITH MS OUTLOOK-XP]
Confirm with Kenward that v5.5.3 Build 3162 (aka Licence Key activates network indexing version) does not have full RTI.
ie: it indexes only the Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items and Drafts in real time.

BugReport: v5.5.3 Build 3162: Outlook emails not deleted when Moving from a RTI folder to a non-RTI folder
In fact, moving many emails to and from a RTI Outlook email folder and another email folder with no RTI, it causes a mess.
For example, [Inbox] (with RTI) with sub-folder called [Customer] which has no RTI.
A) Moving emails from [Inbox] to subfolder [Customer] does not update XEC, since no RTI.
-So XEC still shows the email remaining in [Inbox] even with RTI, which may be a bug. (until next forced scheduling indexing).
-This same email does not show up in [Customer], as no RTI.
B) Moving emails from sub-folder [Customer] with no RTI back to [Inbox] with RTI: causes an email to be duplicated (until next forced scheduling indexing).
-[Inbox] shows this new email, since RTI.
-XEC still shows the email also remaining in sub-folder [Customer] with no RTI.
