Please add capability to provide Outlook flag information

It is possible to set follow up flags in outlook that have several different colors. Unless you specifically set a reminder, X1 does not provide any information.


There is a Flags column but I don't think it has anything to do with the Outlook Flags.

I request that you add the ability to capture the outlook flag information even if there is no reminder set.

Index on flag colors plus the complete flag. Perhaps you can put the flag color in text in the "Flag Text" column

Is there already some way to do this that I'm misunderstanding??

Maybe i'm not as familar with MS Outlook, but can't you add the Flag column?
ie:

In [Email_Tab]:
[Right-click any column]>>[Customize]>>[Flags]>>[Add_Button]

i use X1 ® Enterprise Client Version 5.6.2 and i have found the possibility to add a flag column in [Email) [Inbox] and [Send items] but it doesn't seem to work as nothing appears.

is there something i should do to have the colours used by MS Outlook displayed in my X1 search results?
